Once a person experiencing chronic homelessness is matched with housing, the journey to get that person into housing is often long and filled with red tape. Does he or she have their ID and other documents necessary for housing? How does a case worker follow up with someone who has no physical address? Please join us in conversation with four expert panelists as we discuss exiting homelessness and the challenges that arise on the way to secure housing. The panel discussion will be moderated by Lee Raagas, Chief Executive Officer of Skid Row Housing Trust.
