blockquote I hope you and your family and friends are well. These unprecedented and uncertain times amplify our concern for others.
For more than 30 years, Skid Row Housing Trust has been L.A.'s Link permanent supportive housing agency of record, articulating the model for what works in housing and services for the most vulnerable population - people experiencing homelessness. The Trust is a backbone organization in Los Angeles infrastructure, offering a recovery and social safety net that must stay strong in times of crisis as well as times of calm. We need your support now more than ever.
Next Thursday, April 2nd, at 6:30 PM, I will be co-hosting our first ever virtual community meeting for supporters along with our Chief Real Estate and Investment Officer, Sierra Atilano, and our Vice President of Health and Human Services, Jack Lahey. We hope you will join us to learn more about how COVID-19 is affecting our residents, team members, and neighbors experiencing homelessness in Skid Row.
In the meantime, please consider making a direct donation to assist us with emergency food and supplies, and fund extraordinary payroll expenses for our teams in the field working with our residents to keep them and the community safe.
